At Linens Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bedding or linens aren't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the linens are in unwashed, unused condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
